New England Engineering Construction Deputy Program Manager

STV currently has an opening for a New England Engineering Construction Deputy Program Manager in Hartford, CT. We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Hartford office.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth within the local Transportation CEI Market and propose as Resident Engineer on strategic pursuits.
  • Participate in business development and client management activities with regional leads and program managers.
  • Engage with clients and align operations for upcoming opportunities.
  • Coordinate teaming for proposals and assist with their preparation and review.
  • Collaborate across states to cross-sell opportunities and deliver quality projects.
  • Promote teaming with S/M/WBE businesses.
  • Provide design services during construction support for ongoing projects.
  • Lead staff within the Connecticut Transportation CEI group.

Compensation Range

$153,483.98 - $204,645.30
