STV currently has an opening for a New England Engineering Construction Deputy Program Manager in Hartford, CT. We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Hartford office.
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth within the local Transportation CEI Market and propose as Resident Engineer on strategic pursuits.
- Participate in business development and client management activities with regional leads and program managers.
- Engage with clients and align operations for upcoming opportunities.
- Coordinate teaming for proposals and assist with their preparation and review.
- Collaborate across states to cross-sell opportunities and deliver quality projects.
- Promote teaming with S/M/WBE businesses.
- Provide design services during construction support for ongoing projects.
- Lead staff within the Connecticut Transportation CEI group.

Minimum Requirements
- 20+ years of experience, including senior leadership roles in transportation project management.
- PE license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (related fields considered).
- Experience managing teams and business pursuits.
- Knowledge of major project delivery methods like Design-build, CMAR.
Compensation Range
$153,483.98 - $204,645.30
