Job summary

Ingram Content Group in Boston is seeking a Sales Representative to promote, coordinate, and participate in sales activities with key accounts in New England. This role develops and grows business with selected accounts in the region and builds strong relationships with bookstores.

The representative will sell titles from PGW, Two Rivers, and Ingram Academic publishers, maintain post-sale relationships, stay informed on product trends, and aim to meet annual growth targets while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or year-for-year experience.
• 3 years sales or in the book industry.

Responsibilities

• Represents and sells titles to bookstores within New England.
• Performs new and backlist title sales and opens new accounts.
• Maintains customer relations and ensures post-sales satisfaction.
• Keeps informed on new products and price trends.
• Meets or exceeds annual growth targets for the territory.
• Promotes and coordinates promotions and in-store efforts.
