Job summary

All Bake Technologies Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop and grow its New England bakery territory (Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Vermont, Maine, and New Hampshire).

This role handles the full sales cycle from prospecting through equipment selection, quoting, negotiation, and post-sale support, working directly with bakery and foodservice operators across the region. We offer highly competitive compensation with base salary, uncapped commissions, comprehensive

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in bakery/foodservice equipment sales or related role.
• Willingness to travel regionally and beyond.
• Based in New England with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle in New England territory from lead to closing.
• Build long-term relationships with bakeries and industrial accounts.
• Recommend equipment solutions based on customer production needs.
• Conduct on-site visits to verify installation requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support orders through installation.
• Represent All Bake Technologies at trade shows and industry events.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, orders in CRM.
