Job summary

Omni Management Services is seeking an Assistant to join our team to support the Property Manager and New Development Director with routine clerical and administrative duties. The role requires handling calls, emails, records, and coordination with other departments, while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications include at least two years of secretarial experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of secretarial or office experience required.
  • Take and follow direction
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language.
  • High school diploma
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
  • Must be detail oriented and organized.
  • Must be willing to travel for meetings and property investigations (as needed)
  • Able to attend and assist with evening meetings as needed.
  • REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft applications.

  • Investigate complaints, violations and resolve problems following management rules and regulations.
  • Prepare, submit, and maintain accurate records, reports, and documents.

The ideal Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative duties such as/but not limited to supporting the Property Manager and New Development Director needs including routine clerical, secretarial, and administrative functions. Ability to pivot, roll up your sleeves and jump in when needed!
