Job summary

Sky Three is seeking a Leasing Agent for its on-site team in South Brooklyn. Located at 532 Neptune Avenue, you will help schedule and conduct tours and guide prospects through the leasing process during the early lease-up phase.

Responsibilities include responding to rental inquiries in our CRM, coordinating on-site and virtual tours, and maintaining precise records. Weekend availability is required; Real Estate License is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Tech-forward and organized; CRM experience preferred.
• Familiarity with South Brooklyn neighborhoods is a plus.
• NY Real Estate License preferred but not required.
• Must be available to work weekends (Sunday only, office closed Saturday).

Sky Three is South Brooklyn's newest luxury rental development: 499 residences at 532 Neptune Avenue in West Brighton, with over 100,000 sq ft of resort-style amenities including pickleball courts, an outdoor pool, sauna rooms and a fitness club.

We're hiring a Leasing Agent to join our on-site team. Working alongside our Leasing Team, you'll help schedule /conduct tours, and guide prospects through the leasing process during the early lease-up phase.
