Confidential client in Dublin is seeking a Customer Insight Analyst to shape marketing strategy from day one. You will turn behavioural data and predictive models into campaigns that customers actually respond to, partnering with Marketing, Data and CRM teams.

The role is brand new and offers a salary up to €70,000 per year with a bonus of up to 10%. You will influence how the function operates and how insights drive actions across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills.
• Solid experience in customer analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own behavioural segmentation and turn it into clear customer insight.
• Develop personalisation and next-best-action strategies and analyze campaign performance and customer journeys.
• Work with Data, CRM and Marketing to translate insights into action and maintain a test-and-learn approach.
