Job summary

CarGurus seeks a Product Data Analyst to be the analytics lead for Dublin office. You will navigate complex data environments, build scalable assets, and drive site experimentation while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.

You will surface actionable insights, demonstrate proactive problem-solving, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, two-sided marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 2+ years of analytics experience.
• Experience with complex data modeling and quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Exploratory & empirical analyses across data sources using SQL and Python.
• Define business metrics and build automated dashboards (Looker, etc.).
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation, guiding tracking requirements and significance.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to optimize architecture and build automated transformations (dbt, LookML).
• Contribute to data-driven product features aligned with business strategy and present findings to executives.
