Job summary

Rodenhiser Home Services in Holliston, MA, is seeking an Experienced Remodel Plumber to join our team. You will complete remodeling calls within your area of expertise and build rapport with customers to ensure we fix the right problems.

This role requires a Licensed Journeyman Plumber with remodel/new construction experience, knowledge of codes, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety. We offer a supportive, family-owned culture with clear paths for advancement and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber with remodel/new construction experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing and gas codes and safety standards.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
• Hold at least one state license or certification.
• Engaged in further technical development and cross-training.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing remodel calls within current area of expertise.
• Establish customer rapport to instill confidence in the team and sell the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Exceed KPI goals and complete follow-up calls.
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging or inefficient systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.

We are looking for an Experienced Remodel Plumber to Join our Team. In this position you would be:

• Completing plumbing remodel calls within their current area of expertise
• Establishing customer rapport to instill confidence in the team and sell the right products and services

• Have the ability to exceed the minimum KPI goalSuccessfully complete follow-up calls
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems

Desired Skills And Experience

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber
• Remodel/New Construction experience is required
• Competent in the use of all tools and resources related to basic remodel calls
• Knowledge of Plumbing and gas codes and proper safety standards
• Ability to explain technical information to non‑technical customers
• Ability to take timely action to solve problems using established policies and procedures
• Ability to read and understand policy manuals, safety, rules, and procedures
• Hold at least one state license or certification
• Engaged in further technical development (i.e. Different disciplines and cross‑training)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

The expected base salary range for this position is $65,000–$100,000, based on responsibilities, experience, and other relevant factors. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation depending on their position. Total compensation is determined through a structured review considering experience, education, certifications, and licenses.
