Job summary

Rodenhiser Home Services is seeking skilled technicians in Holliston, MA. You will build and repair cabinets, install window and door frames, and perform drywall repairs as part of a collaborative, family-owned team.

The role offers in-house training and practical experience with modern equipment. You will work with nearly 100 experienced technicians, enjoy flexible hours in some field positions, and participate in a culture that values growth, respect, and community service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• CSL license preferred.
• Demolition experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction-related power tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures.
• Fit and install window frames, doors, door frames, and interior/exterior trims.
• Drywall repair and patching.
• Inspect ceilings, floor tiles, walls, and woodwork for damage.

Key Sub Tasks

• Buildandrepaircabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures
• Fitand installwindow frames, doors, door frames,and interior, and exterior trims
• Drywall Repair / Patching
• Inspectceiling,floor tile, wall coverings, and woodwork to detect broken or damaged structure

The expected base salary range for this position is $60,000–$90,000,based on responsibilities, experience, and other relevant factors. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation depending on their position. Total compensation is determined through a structured review considering experience, education, certifications, and licenses.
