Job summary

Rodenhiser Home Services in Holliston, MA is seeking an Experienced Remodel Plumber to join our team. In this role you will complete plumbing remodel calls within your area of expertise while building customer rapport.

You’ll educate customers on financing options, maintain a clean job site, and contribute to our KPI goals. We offer in-house training, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within a family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber.
• Remodel/New Construction experience required.
• Competent with tools and resources for basic remodel calls.
• Knowledge of plumbing and gas codes and safety standards.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
• Ability to take timely action to solve problems using established policies and procedures.
• Ability to read and understand policy manuals, safety, rules and procedures.
• Hold at least one state license or certification.
• Engaged in further technical development (i.e. Different disciplines and cross-training).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Rodenhiser Home Services is an equal-opportunity employer committed to fair and equitable pay practices. The expected base salary range for this position is $65,000–$100,000, based on responsibilities, experience, and other relevant factors. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation depending on their position. Total compensation is determined through a structured review considering experience, education, certifications, and licenses.
