Ancla Plumbing, LLC in Tempe, AZ is seeking a seasoned Plumbing Superintendent to oversee residential new construction plumbing. You will lead crews, ensure safe, code-compliant installations, and collaborate with project managers to integrate plumbing with other trades.

The role requires strong leadership and communication, a proven track record on completed projects, and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience in residential new construction.
• Previous Supervisory Or Management Experience Preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proven track record of successfully completed projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews and subcontractors on multiple job sites.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ensure all installations meet or exceed local building codes and regulations.
• Work closely with other trades and project managers to ensure seamless integration and completion of all plumbing tasks.
• Schedule and monitor inspections for completed work.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in plumbing installations.
• Train and mentor junior plumbing staff and apprentices.
• Provide daily and weekly progress reports to management.
• Maintain and enforce safety procedures and protocols on all job sites.
