Job summary

KingRecruitingServices seeks a New-Construction Operations Manager in the Richmond, VA area. The successful candidate will drive production and sales processes, lead a growing team, and maintain relationships with local vendors and subs to support multiple homes simultaneously.

Responsibilities include reviewing leads, budgets, and project pipelines, managing staff and subcontractors, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of custom residential construction and production building (multiple homes simultaneously)
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
• Servant-leader management style
• Familiar with South Richmond VA area and local vendors/subs to acclimate quickly

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, sales and production for office clientele and staff
• Review leads with Sales Team and advertising budgets
• Coordinate with Division President, managers and corporate leadership
• Manage contracts, starts, warranty, settlements, and sales pipeline
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and supervise employees, subs and vendors
• Negotiate contracts and hire subs and suppliers
• Review overhead costs and general P&L; address customer concerns and resolutions
