Job summary

T and T Plumbing and Heating in LaOtto, IN is hiring for a full-time HVAC residential install role. Pay ranges from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, based on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am to 3:30pm and occasional overtime.

The candidate will perform new construction installations, rough-ins, and testing while maintaining a clean, safe job site. Company benefits and ongoing training are provided to support career growth within the Northeast IN region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC new construction experience, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on HVAC industry knowledge and skill development.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Trade school certification preferred
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record required
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or commercial new construction HVAC installations
• Install new Trane HVAC systems with accuracy and attention to quality standards
• Complete rough-in and finish work for HVAC projects
• Install ductwork, gas lines, line sets, and low-voltage wiring
• Perform start-up and testing of newly installed equipment to ensure proper operation and performance
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site throughout all phases of installation
