Job summary

T and T Plumbing & Heating Inc in LaOtto, IN is seeking an entry-level HVAC Maintenance Technician, offering $18.00 to $30.00 per hour, with a 7:00am to 4:00pm schedule and Monday through Friday work.

This full-time, year-round role includes on-site work, hands-on training, and a benefits package. Company vehicle, uniforms, cell phone, and a path for career growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• EPA Certification desired, but not required; we will train.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to use power tools (drills, saws).
• Construction, HVAC, Electrical or similar industry experience a plus.
• Ability to follow directions from lead workers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Annual / Routine Maintenance and cleaning & checks.
• Service and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Consulting customer maintenance options, repairs, IAQ products, and replacement options.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Receiving hands-on instruction on the job training.

What We Are Looking For:
