Cool Techs is hiring an HVAC Install Helper to join a family-owned team. The role involves installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork on residential projects. You’ll read blueprints, test systems, and ensure installations meet code while delivering a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Strong understanding of ductwork, HVAC system design, and blueprints.
• Safety-focused and physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Complete high-quality installations efficiently and professionally.
• Read blueprints and layouts to ensure systems are installed properly and up to code.
• Test systems and make adjustments to ensure proper operation.
• Work closely with team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Deliver a strong customer experience from start to finish.
• Mentor and assist apprentices when needed.
