A1 Mechanical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support its growing residential new-construction division in Columbus, OH. This role acts as a communication link between builders, inspectors, field staff, and the office, handling inquiries, scheduling, and documentation.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, organization, and computer skills, with prior office or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Previous office or customer service experience preferred.
• Construction or HVAC experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries professionally.
• Pull HVAC permits with local jurisdictions.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with building departments.
• Maintain permit and inspection records.
• Communicate with builders, project managers, and field personnel.
• Enter and update job information in company software.
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate project files.
• Assist with scheduling and administrative support.
• Prepare reports and documents for management.
