Montello Care Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide patient and resident care under the direct supervision of licensed nursing staff. The CNA will complete assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient, and safe care, with clear communication to patients, residents, families, and health team members.

CNAbase hourly wage:$18.00 – $21.11per hourdependenton experience
Weekend Warrior Program–choose one of the following3levels:
SelectLevel:basehourlywage+$5.00/hour(every other weekend)
ProLevel:base hourly wage+$7.00/hour(3 weekends per month)
PLUSshift differentials- $2.00 per hour PMshiftand $2.50 per hour NOC shift

Performs initial and ongoing data collection on all patients/residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse.
Implementsplan of care developed by the Registered Nurse based on patient/resident physical, psychosocial, cultural,ethnicand religious/spiritual needs.
Provides direct patient/resident care andreportscondition and changes to RN or LPN.
Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
Document results of patient/resident care within established policies,proceduresand scope of practice.
Nutritional care
Effective communication with residents and family
Completes all other duties as assigned.

Required:
Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry orappropriate entity
Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
Must be English literate andpossessexcellent writtenandverbal communication skills
Preferred:
Previoushospital or long-termcare or skilled nursing experience
CPR Certified
