Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four year undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in a project management or travel-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules national new-client orientation meetings.
• Manages incoming orientation requests and resources to balance client needs and costs.
• Troubleshoots logistical meeting details with sales and service teams.
• Communicates with Sales Rep and Orientation Manager on meeting viability when items are missing.
• Makes scheduling decisions based on client needs and location constraints.
• Shares HR knowledge to address transition challenges and payroll timing.
• Maintains files for spin-off clients and supports audits for compliance.
• Provides backup support to the Orientation Coordinator, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Supports payroll, benefits, and client service teams during transitions.
