Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is looking for Class A CDL drivers in Michigan. Trainees will be paired with an experienced trainer for 4–6 weeks, hauling real loads. After training, you move to solo driving with a guaranteed income during the first 3 months and a $1,000 weekly guarantee. Weekly pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,400 with per-stop bonuses.

Expect 2,100–2,500 mile runs, home time typically two weeks out, and employer-provided benefits after 30 days. Candidates near Detroit, MI are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Drivers must be 21+ with a valid Class A CDL.
• New drivers with 120+ hours in an accredited CDL program, or 6 months OTR in the last year, or 12 months in 5 years.
• Pass a DOT physical and hair and urine drug screening.

Your First Weeks

You are matched with an experienced trainer and spend 4 to 6 weeks hauling real loads together. Training pays $900 a week. Once your trainer signs off you move into your own truck, and your first 3 months of solo driving are backed by a $1,000 weekly guarantee.

Who Should Apply

• Drivers 21 and older with a valid Class A CDL
• New drivers who completed 120+ hours at an accredited CDL program, or drivers with 6 months OTR in the last year or 12 months in 5 years
• Two or fewer moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accident in 5
• No DUI or DWI within 5 to 10 years
• Able to pass a DOT physical and hair and urine drug screening
• Living within 200 miles of Detroit, MI
