Job summary

NIS Express in Fairfield, CA is seeking CDL-A drivers for consistent, 100% no-touch dry van freight across 11 Western States. You’ll drive the same weekly route, with direct deposit weekly pay and home time every two weeks.

New CDL-A entrants receive paid training and mentoring; full benefits from day one, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and life/AD&D coverage. Riders and pets welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 6 months tractor-trailer experience or completion of a 120+ hour CDL-A program.
• Clean driving record: 2 or fewer moving violations in 2 years; no DUI/DWI in 5–10 years.
• Pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.

The Setup

• Heavy drop-and-hook mix for faster turns
• 11 Western States corridor, no major metro gridlock
• Assigned late-model tractor, no slip-seating
• Dispatch focused on keeping you loaded and rolling

Pay and Schedule

• Average Weekly Gross: $1,300 to $1,500
• Weekly Miles: 2,000 to 2,400
• Home Time: Every 2 weeks for a full reset, extend on the road if you want more miles
• Payment: Direct deposit weekly, plus safety and performance bonuses
