Job Overview
This position is primarily responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone, screening them to see if they meet office criteria, gathering the information required for a Social Security application, and ensuring representation paperwork is signed and returned to the office. This position is remote and based out of our office in American Fork, Utah. The scheduled hours are M-F 8am - 5pm MST.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively and efficiently screen potential clients and complete the intake process.
  • Maintain intakes per hour and conversion at or above department metrics
  • Remain logged into the Dialer System for 7 hours and correctly log results of all calls.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with clients, coworkers, and managers.
  • Retain basic Social Security and Disability knowledge and protocols.
  • Follow policies contained in the Employee Handbook.
  • Complete other tasks as requested by team leader or department management.
  • Attendance: Full-time position that requires regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
  • Complete other assigned tasks that may include:

Returning Voicemails from potential and current clients.

    • Packet Follow-Up Calls.
    • Returning Voicemails from potential and current clients.
    • Attending monthly boot camp training and completing ongoing training.
    • Other tasks as assigned by team leader or department manager.
Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be familiar and competent with standard office equipment including work computer, and word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and balance task responsibilities in a customer service setting.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection where the computer can be directly connected to the internet router.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse, and sometimes challenging, individuals and respond calmly and efficiently to situations ranging from routine to urgent.
  • Ability to handle multiple activities or interruptions at once and to work positively and effectively within a team and as self-directed.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Minimum internet speed of 25 Download/10 Upload.
