Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Northern California is hiring rookie drivers. You will train on the road while earning $680 per week, then transition to solo driving after 4 to 6 weeks with a guaranteed $1,000 per week for 3 months.

On the road you’ll run 11 western states with dry van freight and be home every two weeks. Average weekly gross ranges from $1,000 to $1,500, with mileage pay that rises with experience and a potential 6-cent-per-mile bonus.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL and at least 21 years old.
• New drivers: 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months or 12+ months in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train on the road with pay.
• Run short western routes with a guaranteed weekly check while you learn.
• Move to solo driving after 4–6 weeks, then solo with a guaranteed weekly pay.

How It Starts

What You Need

• Class A CDL and at least 21 years old

• Clean record: max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years


• Pass hair and urine drug testing
