Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking Visalia-based CDL-A drivers for a western regional fleet. Most runs are short (2 days or less from home) with home every two weeks. Training pays $650 per week, then $1,000 weekly guaranteed for the first 3 months after solo dispatch, with potential earnings up to $1,300 weekly gross.

Drivers cover dry van lanes across the 11 western states, averaging 1,700–2,100 miles weekly. Health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and PTO are provided after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

How You Start

• $650 per week during training

• Up to 6 cents per mile extra in performance bonus
• $15 stop pay
