Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking new CDL holders for its reefer fleet based in Conway, AR. Trainees will ride with an experienced driver trainer for 4 to 6 weeks, earning $650 per week during training, then receive $1,000 per week guaranteed for the first 3 months solo.

Freight includes refrigerated loads on set lanes from TX to TN, IL and GA, averaging 1,800–2,000 miles weekly. Expect home every two weeks and a competitive weekly gross of $1,300–$1,500, with stop pay and a performance bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL, 21 or older.
• New drivers: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing and a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Haul refrigerated loads on set lanes (Texas to Tennessee, Illinois and Georgia).
• Maintain safety and compliance while delivering 1,800–2,000 miles per week.

Central Arkansas sits right between Dallas and Memphis, two of the busiest freight hubs in the South. This reefer fleet hires brand new CDL holders here, pays you through training, and puts you on refrigerated lanes that repeat week after week.

Training

• 4 to 6 weeks on the road with an experienced driver trainer
• $650 per week while you train
• Your own truck after sign off
• $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo

Your Freight

• Refrigerated loads on set lanes: Texas to Tennessee, Illinois and Georgia
• 1,800 to 2,000 miles a week

• Drop and hook plus some live loads

Pay

• $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross
• Sliding pay scale that rewards your miles
