Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers seeks CDL-A drivers for a paid training program. You’ll train while paid, logging 200–250 hours with a mentor who has real experience, preparing you for solo driving. Your first 3 months as a solo driver include a guaranteed $1,000 per week.

After training, solo earnings average $1,400–$1,600 per week, with top performers at $1,800 weekly and roughly 2,800 miles per week. Trucks are assigned for the duration, 100% no-touch freight, and biweekly home time is guaranteed.

Job Type: Driving

New CDL, no real plan for what comes next? That's exactly the gap we built this program to close. You're paid throughout training, and once you step into solo driving, it's $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months.

Before you're ever solo, you'll log 200 to 250 hours over 3 to 5 weeks with a mentor who's actually done this job - covering pre-trip inspections, backing and docking, highway driving, trip planning, ELD logging, and shipper/receiver work.

After that, here's what solo driving actually pays:

• $1,400 to $1,600 a week average
• $1,800 a week for top performers
• About 2,800 miles a week

Your truck stays your truck. A 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680, automatic, assigned to you the entire time - no slip seating, no rotating between trucks.

What you need to apply:

• 21 or older
• Valid Class A CDL
