Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking an entry-level CDL-A truck driver in Texas. You train and earn from day one, with a guaranteed $1,000 weekly for the first 3 months before going solo.

Over 3–5 weeks you’ll be mentored through 200–250 hours of real training, mastering pre-trip inspections, backing, docking, highway driving, and trip planning. After solo, expect about 2,800 miles weekly, with weekly pay and full benefits after 30 days.

• At least 120 hours of CDL school
• Driving record meets company, DOT, and FMCSA standards

Responsibilities

• 3–5 weeks of mentorship with 200–250 hours of real training
