Blue Ridge Haulers in Virginia offers an entry level CDL-A driver program designed for new grads. From day one you earn, with a guaranteed $1,000 per week for the first 90 days while you learn with a dedicated mentor.

After training, expect $1,400–$1,600 per week while solo, 2,800 miles weekly, and weekly direct deposit. You’ll drive a single company truck, enjoy no-touch freight, and biweekly home time with full benefits.

• At least 120 hours of CDL school training.
• Clean enough DOT/FMCSA record.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 3–5 weeks of hands-on training with a dedicated mentor.
• Perform pre-trip checks, backing, docking, trip planning, ELD logging, and shipper/receiver handling.
• Transition to solo driving with continuous support and no forced dispatch.
• Handle no-touch freight with biweekly home time and weekly pay.
