Blue Ridge Haulers is hiring CDL-A Truck Driver - Paid Training For Entry Level. You'll be paid during training while you learn with a mentor for 3 to 5 weeks (200 to 250 hours) before going solo.

Once training's done, expect $1,400 to $1,600 per week on average, with top earners around $1,800 weekly and about 2,800 miles per week. You'll drive a 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680, automatic and assigned to you.

Ever wonder what your paycheck is actually going to look like before you even start? Most new drivers don't find out until it's too late. Here it is upfront: you're paid during training too, and once you're running solo, $1,000 a week is guaranteed for your first 3 months. No math, no surprises.
You'll spend your first 3 to 5 weeks with an experienced mentor riding next to you, not a manual. That's 200 to 250 hours covering pre-trip inspections, backing and docking, highway driving, trip planning, ELD logging, and how to handle shippers and receivers the right way. By the time you're solo, you'll actually feel ready.

Once training's done, the real numbers kick in:

• $1,400 to $1,600 a week average once you're solo
• Top earners pulling $1,800 a week
• About 2,800 miles a week

And when we say your truck, we mean it. You're assigned a 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680, automatic, and it's yours the whole time you're with us. No jumping between random trucks, no slip seating.
