Job summary

McDaniels Subaru of Columbia is seeking a Love-Encorner Specialist to help new Subaru owners understand and enjoy their vehicle technology, from EyeSight safety to STARLINK infotainment.

You will schedule and conduct one-on-one sessions, customize settings, and educate teams on features, while promoting customer satisfaction and Subaru Love Promise throughout the dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of smartphones, apps, and automotive tech.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Contact new Subaru owners after purchase to schedule Love-Encorner sessions.
• Conduct personalized redelivery appointments and demonstrate vehicle technology.
• Customize infotainment and driver-assist settings for customers.
• Educate sales and service teams on Subaru features.
• Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and incentives.
• Track customer satisfaction and promote the Subaru Love Promise.
