Subaru of Olathe is seeking a Love Encore Specialist to engage customers, demonstrate vehicles, and identify the best fit for their needs. You will collaborate with the Sales Manager to finalize purchases and ensure a memorable experience.

You’ll help deliver vehicles after sale and work toward building lasting Subaru relationships. The role offers a full-time schedule, competitive hourly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Candidates with a college degree will be strongly considered.

Responsibilities

• Help customers get excited about Subaru vehicles by answering questions and demonstrating vehicles.
• Discover each customer’s needs, and then identify the right vehicle based on those needs.
• Facilitate remarkable customer experiences and work with the Sales Manager to complete the purchase.
• Successfully set up and deliver vehicles after the purchase process is complete.
• Build brand ambassadors for Subaru with guests, creating long-term Subaru customers.
