Faulkner Automotive Group, a leading family-owned dealer group in Pennsylvania, seeks a motivated New Car Sales Manager for Honda Doylestown. You will supervise the sales team, oversee showroom practices, and drive profitability with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes training, ongoing growth opportunities, and a strong benefits package. Schedule is Monday through Saturday with one weekday off, totaling about 45–48 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of used car management experience preferred; high-performing automotive Sales Consultants seeking advancement are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience managing, hiring and developing employees preferred.
• Must be able to perform all job functions which may include bending, standing, lifting and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the sales team and oversee all practices occurring in the vehicle showroom.
• Used vehicle sales managers are responsible for the sales, appraisal, purchase, reconditioning, display and merchandising of the used vehicle inventory.
• Managers ensure customer retention by hiring, training and evaluating their sales staff to be customer-focused.
• Maintain profitability of department while controlling expenses and retaining customer satisfaction.
• As with all positions within dealerships, used vehicle sales managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
