Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager

Responsibilities

As an F&I Manager, you will work with customers to offer vehicle financing, insurance, aftermarket products and extended warranties, explain dealership financing programs, maintain relationships with lending institutions, and ensure accurate processing of financing and leasing deals.

Typical schedule: Monday through Saturday, 45–48 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field highly preferred
• 1–2 years experience in the automotive industry
• Detail‑oriented process management
• Excellent computer and communication skills
• Ability to achieve sales goals with high customer satisfaction
• Ability to work well with customers, co‑workers, and lenders
• Highest ethical standards
• Valid, clean driver’s license
