The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic New Car Sales Manager to join our team at Honda Doylestown. You will supervise the sales team and oversee showroom practices, with focus on achieving sales and profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

While automotive experience is a plus, it is not required; we provide training and opportunities for growth. The role includes hiring, training, and developing staff, plus maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• 5+ years of used car management experience preferred; high-performing automotive Sales Consultants seeking advancement are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience managing, hiring and developing employees preferred.
• Must be able to perform all job functions which may include bending, standing, lifting and reaching.
• Ability to forecast and achieve sales and profit goals.
• Excellent computer skills and very detail-oriented ability.

The Faulkner Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated New Car Sales Manager to join our team at Honda Doylestown! As a Sales Manager, you will supervise the sales team and oversee all practices occurring in the vehicle showroom. Used vehicle sales managers are responsible for the sales, appraisal, purchase, reconditioning, display and merchandising of the used vehicle inventory. Managers ensure customer retention by hiring, training and evaluating their sales staff to be customer-focused. Maintain profitability of department while controlling expenses and retaining customer satisfaction. As with all positions within dealerships, used vehicle sales managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.

The typical schedule for a Sales Manager is Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week. Sales Managers are typically scheduled for 45-48 hours per week.
