• Experience with CRM systems and internet leads.

• Ability to analyze sales data, inventory, and trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, and hold the new car sales team accountable for performance.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and actively manage the team toward achieving them.
• Balance customer satisfaction with dealership profitability and working deals effectively.
• Monitor closing ratios, showroom traffic, demonstrations, and sold performance.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
• Coordinate with Finance, BDC, Service, Parts, Marketing, and dealership leadership to create a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Ford incentives, programs, inventory, and competitive products.
• Develop promotions and events with Marketing to generate traffic and leads.
• Develop strategies to increase dealership visibility and overall sales performance.
• Ensure a superior customer experience from first contact to delivery.
