Bergey’s Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram – Souderton, PA seeks a Sales Manager to lead the Sales Department and drive profitability, customer service, and compliance. You will monitor CRM activity, coach staff, and oversee deal flow from showroom to finance, ensuring adherence to Bergey’s processes and daily, monthly, and quarterly goals.

Ideal candidates will coach and motivate Sales Associates, manage performance, and collaborate with the New and Used Vehicle Sales Managers to meet OEM and Bergey’s

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Train, motivate, and counsel Sales Associates.
• Monitor performance of Sales Associates using Vin Solutions reports and Insights.
• Conduct weekly One-on-Ones with Sales Associates.
• Coach on sales calls and customer service to improve close ratios.
• Lead by example and ensure adherence to dealership sales processes.
