You will desking, structuring deals, reviewing trades, coordinating with Finance, and mentoring reps to improve performance, CRM discipline, and overall profitability.

Qualifications

• Has automotive sales management experience, preferably with a new-car franchise dealer.
• Proven ability to increase retail sales volume while preserving gross profit.
• Strong closer who engages directly with customers.
• Skilled in desking and structuring deals.
• Capable of appraising trades and negotiating efficiently.
• Experience coaching, training, and holding the team accountable.
• Regularly reviews CRM activity, leads, and follow-ups.
• Creates urgency and maintains a high-energy sales floor.
• Understands inventory management for new and used vehicles.
• Works with lenders and finance to maximize profitability.
• F&I experience or knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Increasing new and used retail sales volume.
• Maximizing front-end and total deal gross.
• Desking and structuring deals.
• Taking manager TOs and assisting with closing customers.
• Reviewing and approving trade appraisals.
• Coaching sales professionals daily.
• Conducting one-on-one performance discussions.
• Monitoring CRM activity and lead follow-up.
• Reviewing appointments and improving show and closing rates.
• Managing inventory, pricing, and aged units.
• Working closely with the Finance Manager to maximize total deal profitability.
• Helping maintain a professional, accountable, and results-driven sales culture.
