Our Avondale Premier Collection Sales Experience Manager's (SEM) build their book of business with unlimited earning potential. They elevate the car purchase experience for our clients by assisting from the beginning to the end of the purchase process.

Responsibilities

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

  1. As a Sales Experience Manager, you will oversee the client’s vehicle selection process and overall transaction while being truly empowered to communicate pricing and lending options. We call it, “One Touch.”
  2. Sell the world’s most exciting automobiles to our qualified and engaging clientele.
  3. Prospect for new and current clients within a vast database.
  4. Be rewarded financially for selling finance & protection products that support the client’s ownership journey.
  5. Utilize all Avondale and manufacturer required tools, software, training and processes to meet and/or exceed standards.
  6. Deliver an excellent experience to Avondale clients.
  7. Assist clients with the handover of their vehicle.
Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Minimum one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Operator's Driver’s License (must be insurable)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
