Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership or team-management experience in operations or contact center environments.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with a focus on development.
• Experience coordinating training programs and performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to Team Members.
• Oversee staffing levels, workload assignment, and KPI monitoring to maintain service levels.
• Develop and coordinate training programs and ongoing coaching for team members.
• Provide advanced and friendly support to peers and customers, conveying sensitivity and adaptability.
