5W Public Relations LLC. in Tampa or Miami, FL is seeking a New Business Manager to own the end-to-end new business process in a hybrid role (3 days in office).

You will coordinate outreach, proposals, and deadlines, preparing executives for first conversations and keeping the team aligned on status and next steps. You’ll bring 4+ years of executive support and project management experience, plus strong organization, writing, and calendar-management skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience combining executive support and project management.
• Experience building tracking processes that leaders rely on.
• Polished written communication with senior executives and clients.
• Experience scheduling across multiple executive calendars and using CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Own the new business process from outreach to proposal submission and track progress.
• Track every outreach email, responses, follow-ups, and ensure timely actions.
• Maintain a single up-to-date tracker for all proposals and ownership.
• Confirm on-time submission and flag risks to schedules.
• Schedule initial client calls and brief executives beforehand.
• Provide leadership with weekly status reports on activity and deadlines.
• Organize contacts, proposals, and call notes so the team can access them.
