Job summary

Kilpatrick Townsend is seeking a New Business Intake Analyst for the Finance Department with a hybrid schedule in Atlanta, Dallas, or Houston. The role supports attorneys, paralegals, and staff in handling new client/matter intake and documentation.

You will perform initial and final intake, ensure required documentation, and manage client/matter changes in 3E. Collaboration with various departments and strict adherence to firm policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Typing 50+ words per minute.
• Proficient with 3E, Excel and Word.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake reviews using Intapp and assign client/matter numbers.
• Ensure conflicts searches are completed and documented.
• Redline engagement letters and manage approvals.
• Update client/matter records in 3E and coordinate changes.
• Assist with new hire setups and DMS documentation.
• Answer Intapp and NBI questions via Helpline.
• Coordinate with Operating Officers and Billing to ensure policy adherence.
