Job summary

CoCreativ is seeking a Business Development Director, Creative Production to drive new business growth for Industrial Color. The role focuses on building relationships with brands, agencies, and enterprise clients and creating opportunities across production and creative services.

Based in New York on a hybrid basis, the position requires directing pipeline development, navigating complex sales processes, and closing high-value engagements with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales or business development within creative production or related industry.
• Proven track record generating new business and closing high-value engagements.
• Strong pipeline development through relationships and proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

• Own new business development for Industrial Color and build a pipeline that supports annual revenue targets.
• Prospect across brands, agencies, enterprise marketing organizations, and procurement teams.
• Build relationships with senior creative, production, marketing, agency, and procurement leaders.
• Identify opportunities across production, AI-driven production, post-production, CGI, e-commerce, and related services.
• Lead capability presentations, pitch meetings, studio tours, and client-facing conversations.
• Navigate procurement processes, RFPs, vendor onboarding, MSAs, rate cards, and preferred-supplier programs.
• Qualify opportunities and partner with production and finance on estimates, pricing, and strategy.
