FutureBrand is hiring for a New Business Director to sit in our NYC office. We are searching for a strategic, creative, and detail-oriented self-starter who is interested in new business, marketing and being a key part of our agency culture.

Your day-to-day will be varied, and tasks will include responding to RFIs, RFPs, preparing creds presentations and marketing materials to support our new business strategy, and coordinating the pitch processes. As a result, excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills are all incredibly important for anyone applying for this role, as you'll be networking, meeting new people, and representing FutureBrand externally.

Ideally you will have been working in a business development or new business role at another leading brand design and/or creative agency, and additional experience working in client servicing or account management in the industry would be a bonus, too.

What you will do

• Take prospect calls as necessary and present opportunity to internal agency stakeholders
• Craft proposals and presentations for RFP and pitches
• Have deep understanding and ownership of agency credentials, case studies and other materials
• Research targeted clients’ background and business situation
• Project manage pitches, proposals and other important timelines and deliverables
• Manage pipeline updates weekly
• Assist with PowerPoint presentations for pitch meetings
• Prepare sales and marketing capabilities materials
• Organizing server files and ensuring upkeep of all materials in proper folders for easy access
• Other responsibilities as necessary
