Natoora is seeking a hands‑on Business Development Manager in Miami to grow our presence among chefs and top dining rooms. You will open doors, earn trust, and translate Natoora's proposition into new accounts, onboarding them for long‑term success.
You will report to the Managing Director and collaborate with Operations, Product, and Brand to ensure repeatable wins and scalable growth in the Miami market.
Natoora has spent two decades reshaping how chefs think about fresh produce. We champion seasonality and varietal diversity, and we build direct relationships with a vast network of independent growers, co-operatives, and producers. From our hubs in London, Paris, New York, Los Angeles, Milan, Melbourne, Miami, and Copenhagen, we bring that produce into the kitchens that define their cities.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow Natoora's presence in Miami. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role. Building on five years of relationships in the city, your focus will be widening our reach into a consistent pipeline of high‑quality new accounts, from chef‑led neighborhood restaurants to the city's most influential dining rooms.
Your role is to open doors, earn trust, and translate Natoora's proposition into wins. You'll combine the discipline of a structured sales process with a genuine love of produce and the people who cook with it.
You will report into the Managing Director and work closely with Operations, Product, and Brand to make sure new accounts are won, onboarded, and set up for long‑term success.
Build a deep understanding of Natoora's range, our growers, the rhythm of the seasons, and how our operation runs. That way you can speak with authority in any kitchen and represent what Natoora can genuinely deliver.
Develop a new and distinct pipeline of leads through cold calling, door‑knocking, referrals, and networking. Qualify each opportunity with care, prioritizing prospects with real fit and commercial potential. Onboard a diverse mix of customers whose business adds up to ambitious growth for the market.
Plan your days, weeks, and months around clear targets for meetings, follow‑ups, and accounts opened. Maintain a live, well‑organized CRM pipeline, and use it to track progress and decide where your focus needs to go. Deliver quarterly new business targets and contribute directly to revenue growth in Miami.
Promote Natoora's full value proposition: a candid supplier, an educator, and an impact‑driven partner. In every conversation, bring to life our ethos, the growers behind every crate, and our holistic approach to service.
Represent Natoora at events, festivals, openings, and meals across the city. Stay close to Miami's food scene, including new openings, guest chefs, collaborations, and social media trends. Feed what you learn in the field back into the business to inform strategy.
First 6 months: You know the range and the proposition inside out. Your pipeline is live and well‑managed, and the first wave of high‑quality Miami accounts has been won and onboarded smoothly.
6 to 24 months: You consistently deliver against quarterly targets and have measurably extended Natoora's reach in Miami. You're landing accounts that genuinely move the needle, with chefs who understand what we stand for.
Our vision for a better food system is built on real human relationships and a diversity of experience, perspective, and ideas. We are committed to equality of opportunity and welcome applications from individuals, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, and/or belief.
