Qualifications

• Alternatively 5 years in health care management in a marketing service rep role or 5 years in sales/marketing/health care management.
• State Insurance License(s) required within the applicable time frame per state regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional interaction with internal and external contacts.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.

Responsibilities

May conduct research for prospective business by internal sources, external agencies, or reviewing RFPs. Research inquiries received from customers, Brokers, or company representatives and assist in problem solving. Relay information to Sales or Account Management personnel or responds directly to customer or company representative. May coordinate meetings. JOB RESPONISBILITIES • Gather data, create and/or maintain databases. • Participate in enrollments. Prepare materials for enrollment sessions. • Prepare documentation for prospective or existing customers. Review forms received for completeness. • Develop relationships with customer representatives. May respond to questions from prospect regarding benefit information and available benefit options. • May include some travel. • Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc. • Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies. • Maintain complete confidentiality of company business. • Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor Degree and 1 year of experience in health insurance/health care field in a service/sales/marketing position involving initiative and decision-making OR 5 years of experience in health care management in a marketing service representative role OR 5 years of experience in sales/marketing or health care management/claims/provider service experience involving processing or coordination of services for health care clients. • State Insurance License(s) or obtain State Insurance License(s) within required time frame per state regulations. • Organizational and decision-making skills; written and verbal communications skills including telephone skills. • Ability to interact professionally with both internal and external contacts. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.### JOB REQUIREMENTS: \\* Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience as a health care / ancillary product management in a marketing service representative role OR 6 years’ experience combination of sales/marketing/health/ancillary insurance experience involving processing and coordination of services for health care clients. \\* Must have General Lines Agent – Life, Health State insurance License within required time frame per state regulations. \\* Organizational and decision making skills; written and verbal communications skills including telephone skills. \\* Ability to interact professionally with both internal and external contacts. \\* PC experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.### **Are you being referred to one of our roles?
