The Role: New Business & Client Services Associate
The New Business Processor is the operational backbone of BAM's client onboarding experience. While advisors focus on building relationships and delivering financial guidance, you ensure that every new account, application, and transfer is handled with precision, care, and speed.
This role is purpose-built for someone who is highly organized, process-driven, and takes genuine satisfaction in executing complex paperwork correctly the first time. You'll work across multiple systems, coordinate with carriers and custodians, and serve as a reliable resource for both clients and advisors throughout the new business lifecycle. Your attention to detail and follow-through directly impact the client experience and the firm's ability to deliver on its promises.

Beyond the daily and weekly rhythm, you'll step in wherever the team needs you - whether that's training a new advisor, supporting a compliance audit, or tackling a special project.
