The role serves as a primary liaison between financial professionals, carriers, and internal departments, tracking case progress, resolving requirements, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact between financial professional and carrier through the insurance new business process.
• Review applications for accuracy and regulatory compliance, including licensing.
• Coordinate with carriers and professionals to track progress and ensure timely issue of policy.
• Proactively communicate case status updates to professionals.
• Maintain detailed case notes in applicable systems.
• Provide guidance on best practices for submitting new business.
• Support initiatives to improve efficiency and advisor experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
