Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have an excellent experience in a welcoming environment and monitor kitchen output.
• Resolve guest issues efficiently and politely.
• Prepare the restaurant for opening and closing per procedures.
• Provide on-the-job training to exceed customer expectations in service, quality, and hygiene.
• Offer hands-on support in Front and Back of House as needed to achieve results.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and liquor laws.
• Direct and coordinate Front of House and Back of House staff activities.
• Perform server and cook duties, take/pay for orders, and communicate timing across stations.
