Job summary

Meritage Hospitality Group Inc. is seeking a Morning Belle Supervisor for Grand Rapids, MI to lead Front and Back of House teams, ensuring guests receive high-quality, fast, and fresh food in a welcoming environment.

You will train staff, coordinate opening/closing tasks, and support servers and cooks as needed, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant leadership and shift supervision.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe and TIPS Alcohol certification required.
• Strong English speaking and writing skills.
• Willingness to work flexible supervisor hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front and Back of House teams and assign side work.
• Ensure guest experience with high quality, fast, fresh food.
• Train staff on customer service, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Open/close procedures and checklists adherence.
• Coordinate receiving and stocking of deliveries.
• Enter orders and process payments at the POS.
• Assist servers and cooks as needed.
