Job summary

Strive Health is seeking an enrollment-focused professional to reach out to prospective patients, educate them on our holistic care model, and schedule provider visits. You will lead with empathy, ask mindful questions, and build trust to promote ongoing engagement.

The role requires travel for business needs and a background in patient enrollment. We offer hybrid-remote flexibility along with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of combined education, experience, or certification related to patient enrollment.
• Reliable internet connectivity (min speeds: 3.8Mbps down, 3.0Mbps up, latency <60 ms) and ability to work 10:30am-7pm.
• Ability to travel and be onsite for business needs; preferred 2+ years in high-performing enrollment roles.
