Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the teller line and assist with new accounts.
• Explain and set up products for deposit accounts (online banking, mobile deposit).
• Cross-sell bank products to meet customer needs.
• Answer customer questions accurately and conduct necessary research when needed.
• Participate in branch activities, training, and projects.
• Maintain a tidy work area and protect customer privacy.
• Attend work regularly and on-site during standard business hours.
